Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
This page explains what personal data is collected when you visit this website, how it is used, and what rights you have under applicable law.
1. Data Controller
The data controller for this website is Oualid Azeroual, an independent Cloud Solution Architect operating under French law. Contact: [email protected]
2. What Data Is Collected
This site collects only the data you voluntarily provide through the contact form:
- Name — to address you appropriately in reply.
- Email address — to respond to your inquiry.
- Company / Organisation (optional) — to understand your context.
- Message content — the details of your inquiry (project, mission, opportunity).
No account creation, no login, no payment data, no file upload. This site does not collect data passively through analytics scripts or tracking pixels.
3. Purpose and Legal Basis
Data submitted through the contact form is used exclusively to respond to your professional inquiry — whether that is a request for a freelance mission, a permanent role discussion, or a general question about cloud architecture services.
The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR): you initiated the contact with a clear professional intent, and responding to that inquiry is the sole purpose of processing your data.
4. What Is NOT Done With Your Data
- Your data is never sold or shared with third parties.
- Your email is not added to any mailing list without your explicit opt-in.
- Your data is not used for profiling, automated decision-making, or targeted advertising.
- Your data is not transferred outside the European Union.
5. Data Retention
Inquiry data is retained only as long as necessary to manage the professional conversation it relates to. If no engagement results, data is deleted within 12 months of the last exchange. If a contract or employment relationship follows, data is retained in accordance with applicable French legal obligations.
6. Security
Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. As a Cloud Solution Architect with expertise in DevSecOps and Zero Trust architecture, data security is not an afterthought on this platform — it is a default.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — request a copy of the data held about you.
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
- Right to erasure — request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Right to restriction — request that processing be limited in certain circumstances.
- Right to object — object to processing based on legitimate interest.
- Right to portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
To exercise any of these rights, contact: [email protected]. Requests will be handled within 30 days.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the French supervisory authority: CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
8. Third-Party Services
This site uses Google Fonts for typography, loaded from Google's CDN. As a result, your browser makes a direct request to Google's servers at page load, which may involve your IP address being processed by Google under their own privacy policy. No other third-party services with data processing implications are used on this site.
9. Children's Privacy
This site is intended for professional audiences (business decision-makers, hiring managers, technical leads). It is not directed at individuals under the age of 16, and no data from minors is knowingly collected.
10. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated if the site's functionality or data processing practices change. The date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
